OUR SATISFACTION GUARANTEE*
Our goal is to create long-term relationships with our clients, so we are committed to doing whatever it takes to ensure your complete satisfaction, including re-servicing you at no additional cost if necessary.
*A request for a correction must be submitted within one week of the original service date.
*The correction service is to be scheduled within two weeks of original service date.

Thursday 9am - 7pm
Friday 9am - 5pm
Saturday & Sunday – Closed (In Salon & Onsite services available by special request)
Onsite/Freelance services are available 7 days a week.
APPOINTMENTS
Appointments are recommended for all services. However, last minute availability is always a possibility – don’t hesitate to call or stop in.
We ask that you arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment so that we may provide all our clients with timely service. Arriving late for an appointment may result in time lost with your salon professional.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Out of courtesy for your stylist/artist, we require a 48-hour cancellation notice for all salon services that do not require a deposit.
In the case that more than 48 hours is not given for a cancellation or reschedule, you will be responsible for paying 50% of the scheduled service.
Same day, last min cancellations or no shows, will be responsible for 100% of the service price.
This fee will need to be paid before rescheduling your next appointment.
We require a 7 business day cancellation notice on all salon services that require a deposit.
Deposits will be forfeited and not refunded if a cancellation notice does not fall within the 7-business day window.
ONLINE BOOKINGS
Online bookings require payment in full. If a service is cancelled that was originally booked online, the refund will be in the form of a store credit. If the refund is requested back to the credit card a $20 fee will be deducted to the refund amount.
PAYMENT
We accept cash, personal checks, Venmo and all major debit and credit cards. We ask that services are paid for upon completion. Returned checks will be charged a $25 fee.
GRATUITIES
Gratuities are not included in the price of your service and at your discretion, they are greatly appreciated. The recommended amount in the industry is 20% of your service fee. Gratuity cannot be applied to credit cards.
CHILDREN
For the safety and comfort of everyone, we ask that unless your child is receiving a salon service you refrain from bringing them with you.
GIFT CARDS
Gift cards are available in any dollar amount and are non-refundable. We can not be held responsible for lost or stolen gift cards.
REFUNDS
Magic Sleek & Keratin Smoothing Treatments
Smoothing treatments are designed to reduce frizz, soften texture, improve manageability, enhance shine, and decrease styling time.
Results vary based on each client’s natural hair texture, density, porosity, previous chemical history, maintenance routine, and desired finish.
While many guests experience significantly smoother hair, these treatments are not intended to guarantee perfectly pin-straight hair without styling.
*Some blow drying or thermal finishing may still be recommended depending on hair type and goals.
Due to the extensive time, product usage, and customized nature of these services, all magic sleek and keratin smoothing treatments are non-refundable once completed.
However, client satisfaction is very important to us. If you have concerns regarding your results, please contact the salon within 7 days so we may evaluate the hair in person and determine whether an adjustment service is appropriate.
