Jennifer Davis, known as Jay at the studio, is the founder and creative force behind Blush Hair Salon & Makeup Studio. With a passion for beauty, branding, client experience, and entrepreneurship, Jay has built Blush into a luxury beauty destination recognized for its elevated atmosphere, talented team, and personalized approach to beauty.

After graduating at the top of her class from the Jean Madeline Institute in Philadelphia, Jay began her career as an educator before expanding into multiple areas of the beauty industry. In addition to her cosmetology license, she is licensed in esthetics, cosmetology management, and education. Her background includes advanced beauty education, fashion and television work, photoshoots, business development, and over two decades of industry experience.

Widely recognized throughout Bucks County for her signature brow artistry and flawless makeup application, Jay built a loyal following through her eye for detail, natural beauty enhancements, and ability to help clients feel confident and polished. She is also the creator of Jay Davis Cosmetics, a cosmetic line developed from years of hands-on artistry and client experience, available exclusively at Blush.

Today, Jay’s focus has evolved beyond servicing clients behind the chair. As Founder & Creative Director, she leads the vision and growth of Blush through brand development, team culture, elevated guest experience, education, and the continued evolution of the company. Her passion for innovation, luxury beauty, and meaningful client connection continues to shape the heart of the Blush brand.
